Employees will experience the benefit of opportunity to advance and to earn wages commensurate with both their training and experience, but that are also appropriate for living and working in the Bay Area.

We offer Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, Direct Support Professional (DSP One and Two) training, and supportive sessions. All staff will become certified in and maintain continuous certification in First Aid/CPR, and Ukeru and/or Pro-ACT.
